After completing his medical studies at the University of Innsbruck in Austria, he worked at the Department of Orthopedics at the Bolzano Hospital until 2020. Until 2023 Dr. Tutzer was senior physician at the Department of Trauma Surgery and Orthopedics at the German Military Hospital in Ulm. Now he has returned to his roots in South Tyrol.
